As part of the organization of university registration for the 2026/2027 academic year, the Administration of the Annex informs all students that registration will begin on Monday, September 14, 2026, for students in First, Second, and Third Year.
Accordingly, students are requested to take note of the following:
🔹 New First-Year Students:
They are required to provide the social security registration file, consisting of:
- a birth certificate;
- a copy of the national identity card;
- blood group;
- personal address.
These documents are required to complete the registration process.
🔹 Third-Year Students:
Students who were unable to submit their internship certificate are informed that the submission deadline has been extended until next week.
🔹 All Students:
All students are required to pay the registration fees and transportation fees.
📌 Distribution of Certificates and Documents:
To ensure the proper organization and smooth running of the registration process, the distribution of certificates and documents will be carried out according to the alphabetical order of students’ surnames, as follows:
- Monday: A – B
- Tuesday: C – D – E – F – G – H – I – K – L
- Wednesday: M – N – O – P – Q – R – S – T – U – V – Y – Z
🕘 Time: From 09:00 to 13:00

⚠️ Note: Students are required to bring their student card or national identity card when collecting their documents.
All students are kindly requested to comply with the above-mentioned dates and instructions to ensure the smooth and proper conduct of the registration process.
