In order to register students for the purpose of obtaining a social security number, a Chifa card, and access to social security services, students of the Annex enrolled for the 2025–2026 academic year are requested to submit the following documents:
- A copy of the 2025/2026 school certificate, with the personal address written on the back
- A birth certificate
- A blood group certificate
The file must be submitted to the Student Affairs Office no later than October 30, 2025.
