To ensure the smooth conduct of the first semester exams, all students are kindly requested to strictly follow the instructions below:

🟢 Arrive 30 minutes before the start of the exam to avoid any delay.
🟢 Student ID is mandatory.
🔴 No student will be allowed to enter the exam room 30 minutes after the exam has started.
🔴 No student is allowed to leave the room before 30 minutes of the exam time.
🔴 Do not sign the attendance sheet if your name is not listed. No additions will be made.
🔴 Mobile phones must not be placed on the desk.
🟢 Phones must be turned off and left at the surveillance desk.
🟢 Follow the instructions of the supervising teachers.
🟢 Bring all necessary materials (calculator, pens, etc.). Borrowing is not allowed during the exam.
🟢 Write your full name and all required details on the question sheet and submit it along with your answer sheet to the supervisor.
🟢 Any cheating or disruption will result in a report and the student will be referred to the disciplinary council.
🟢 Submit your exam paper after ensuring all details are filled in and signing the attendance sheet.
🟢 In case of absence, a valid justification must be submitted within three (3) working days from the exam date to benefit from a make-up session. After this deadline, no justification will be accepted.
◾️ Justifications must be submitted to the pedagogical coordinator and the subject teacher.
◾️ Note: Absences are justified only in the following cases:
- Death of a family member (ascendants, descendants, or close relatives)
- Student’s own wedding
- Maternity or paternity leave
- Student’s illness
- Official summons or assignment
